On this day in 1957 a ruthless killer in the Sicilian Mafia was born, he was involved in the murder of Giovanni Falcone in 1992 as well as over 200 other murders. Giovanni Brusca is the name, or Il Porco (The Pig) and he became part of a Corleonesi death squad which reported directly to Toto Riina.
